Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory or market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-8 years of sales experience, preferably within the airline or travel industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of the airline industry, including fare structures, distribution channels, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
