Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Reservation Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations for our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and organizational skills. As a Reservation Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Arabic-speaking clients, assisting them with their booking inquiries, providing detailed information about our services, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your role is crucial in maintaining our brand's reputation and ensuring our clients have a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and an enthusiastic approach to customer service. Responsibilities
  • Manage and process reservations for our Arabic-speaking clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide clients with detailed information about our services.
  • Ensure all reservations follow company policies and are correctly entered into the system.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update client records with accurate information on bookings and preferences.
  • Work closely with the operational team to ensure special requests are properly addressed.
  • Monitor reservation cancellations, amendments, and communicate changes to relevant parties.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
  • Generate and analyze reports regarding reservation trends and patterns for management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of reservations strategies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new services and reservation systems.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in using reservation software and general office applications like MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
