Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and manage reservations accurately and efficiently
Maintain full knowledge of hotel rates, rooms, and services
Upsell rooms and convert inquiries into bookings
Coordinate with Sales & Front Office teams
Ensure all guest details and booking requirements are complete
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous hotel reservation experience
- Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Fidelio preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Arabic preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and attention to detail
