Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare event-wise manpower forecasts

• Analyze historical vs actual manpower data

• Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping & Scheduling teams

• Monitor manpower costs and budget variances

• Maintain manpower planning and post-event reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 2–3 years’ experience in resource planning or operations

• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
