Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve high performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure positive dining experiences.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs to optimize staffing and control expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Analyze financial reports, track key performance indicators, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, promotions, and special events.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
