Leadership Scope

• Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and profitability

• Inspire, train, and mentor a diverse team of FOH and BOH staff

• Implement and maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction

• Drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational KPIs

• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience

• Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards

• Represent the restaurant externally and uphold the brand’s premium reputation

What Sets You Apart

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-end steakhouse, fine dining, or luxury hotel environment

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, service excellence, and financial management

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and leading by example

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with launching new restaurants is a strong advantage
