The Smokin’ GUN is getting ready to fire up, and we’re looking for a dynamic female Restaurant Manager to be at the heart of the action. If you’re passionate about guest experience, love leading teams on the floor, and thrive in fast‑paced, premium dining environments—this one’s for you.

Leadership Scope

• Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Inspire, train, and mentor a diverse team of FOH and BOH staff
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational KPIs
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience
• Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards
• Represent the restaurant externally and uphold the brand’s premium reputation

What Sets You Apart

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-end steakhouse, fine dining, or luxury hotel environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, service excellence, and financial management
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and leading by example
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with launching new restaurants is a strong advantage
