About the Role
Join our pre-opening Food & Beverage team as Restaurant Manager for Almaa Pool, Bar & Grill at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead the launch and day-to-day operations of this stylish and relaxed oceanfront venue, offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a resort atmosphere. This role combines strategic pre-opening contributions with hands-on leadership of daily service.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee pre-opening tasks including team hiring, service standards development, layout readiness, equipment setup, and menu launch planning.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination between front and back of house.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to uphold Four Seasons service culture and create a welcoming, vibrant dining environment.

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu planning, quality control, and special events.

  • Analyze business performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity to continuously improve operations.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

  • Foster relationships with repeat guests and ensure consistent personalized service.

  • Partner with marketing and events teams to support promotional campaigns and activations.

  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, Menu Engineering and inventory and cash control.

  • Describe and ensure quality of all food and beverage items, ingredients and preparation.

  • Recruit, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all bar employees according to Four Seasons standards.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of two years Management experience in a luxury environment or upscale casual dining environment.

  • Strong leadership, team development, and guest engagement skills.

  • Operational experience in both pre-opening and fully operational outlets is a strong advantage.

  • Passion for hospitality, creativity, and an eye for detail.

  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
