Roles & Responsibilities
Manage overall restaurant operations (front and back of house)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Supervise, train, and schedule staff
Monitor sales, control costs, and manage budgets
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
