Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations (front of house and back of house)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manage restaurant staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
Control operational costs and manage budgets
Plan and implement marketing strategies or promotions to increase sales
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
