Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently according to hotel standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and ensure all tables are properly set up before service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Work closely with the culinary team and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination during service.
- Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
- Support team members with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and preparing service stations.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager.
- Promote menu items, upsell food and beverage options, and contribute to achieving restaurant sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a similar guest-facing role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure under pressure.
Physically fit to handle long hours standing, carrying trays, and light lifting.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
