Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and attentively.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards to create a pleasant atmosphere for patrons.
- Efficiently process orders using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate special requests or dietary restrictions, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, showcasing adaptability and teamwork.
- Certification in food safety and handling, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are preferred to cater to diverse clientele.
