Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and present menus
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide clear information about menu items and make appropriate recommendations
- Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and meet service standards
- Communicate special requests, allergies, or dietary requirements to the kitchen
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Process payments and operate the cash register when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Physically able to stand and move for extended periods
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
