Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring that all customer preferences and special requests are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining an efficient workflow between the kitchen and dining area to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with grace and professionalism, ensuring guests feel heard and valued.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment, showcasing familiarity with food service protocols.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices, ensuring compliance in all aspects of service.
