Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales growth, revenue targets and profitability (P&L) across multiple retail outlets.
  • Own branch-level P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
  • Analyze sales growth, trends and service-wise performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define, monitor and review KPIs (revenue, conversion, ATV, service mix, branch performance).
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Manage, coach and develop store managers, supervisors and sales teams.
  • Deliver and oversee sales, service and product training across outlets.
  • Ensure consistent customer experience and service quality standards.
  • Review performance reports, dashboards and action plans.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, procurement and HR teams.
  • Handle escalated customer and operational issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–6 years’ experience in retail or service-based sales management
  • Strong exposure to mall-based, multi-branch operations
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and profitability
