Job Summary:

The Retail Store Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves leading the sales team, achieving targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve individual and team results

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

• Assist in stock management, inventory control, and replenishment

• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management

• Ensure store operations comply with company policies and procedures

• Train and onboard new staff members

• Support in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and team coordination
