Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field, equipping you with foundational knowledge to excel in training.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or training roles, ensuring a deep understanding of retail operations and challenges.
  • Certifications in training and development, such as CPLP or ATD, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and expertise.
  • Proven experience in delivering training to diverse groups, showcasing adaptability and a keen sense of audience engagement.
