Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • � Develop precise 3D architectural models in Revit and 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD � Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to deliver coordinated project outputs � Prepare detailed construction drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts � Ensure all drawings align with construction standards, project specs, and UAE regulations � Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP teams to avoid clashes � Support site teams with updated drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation � Assist in quantity take-offs, drawing revisions, and documentation during construction stages � Maintain accuracy and quality while working under tight deadlines and multiple projects

Desired Candidate Profile

  • � Minimum 5+ years of experience in both Revit and AutoCAD, with hands-on construction project involvement � Proven experience in Gulf region architectural and construction projects � Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and material specifications � Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately � Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field � Good communication and team coordination skills, both in design and construction phases
