Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and materials used.
- Check alignment, levels, and grading of road works including subgrade, base, and pavement layers.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Review and approve method statements, work programs, and test results.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site.
- Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and assist in billing verification.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 12 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
