Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- The purpose of the work
- Provide administrative support to real estate consultants for property listings, advertising, contracts, and paperwork.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of contracts, forms and agreements such as Form A, Form B, Form I, Form F, LOI, NDA, lease agreements, memoranda of understanding, commercial sales letters, etc.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to arrange a photographer for real estate photo shoots.
- Create, edit, and check real estate listings in CRM and on real estate portals.
- Create a Trakheesi advertising permit for each ad.
- Contact individuals at developer offices for new and renewed agency and sales agreements.
- Manage complete CRM administration tasks on an occasional basis.
- Organizing and managing sales events such as open days, stands, kiosks, exhibitions, roadshows, etc.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date document filing system to ensure all necessary documents are available.
- Responsible for receiving, distributing and responding to all correspondence and emails.
- Update all key reports regularly and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly transaction and performance reports.
- Monitoring daily attendance of sales agents.
- Providing agents with general office support regarding car bookings, stationary requirements, access cards, signage and all other agent requests.
