Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Create high-quality photo and video content across rooms, villas, wellness, dining, experiences, and destination settings.
- Create high-quality photo and video content across rooms, villas, wellness, dining, experiences, and destination settings.
- Edit and produce content for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design branded digital and print assets including social templates, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Support social media storytelling, campaigns, influencer content, and on-property activations.
- Maintain organized content libraries and ensure brand consistency across all visual output.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Events, and Operations teams to support content needs.
- Ensure all content complies with Rosewood brand standards and destination protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Photography/Film, or related field preferred.
2 3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or graphic design; luxury or hospitality experience preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work flexible hours and conduct outdoor shoots across large-scale resort environments.
High level of professionalism, cultural intelligence, and attention to detail.
