Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Training Documentation Consultant to support the review, enhancement, and development of training materials across our SAP landscape.

SAP S/4HANA was implemented in 2022 and deployed across 33 entities, with multiple enhancements, integrations, and process changes introduced since go-live. As part of an ongoing upgrade and optimization program, there is a critical need to refresh, standardize, and align all training documentation with the current system and business processes.

The consultant will work closely with Change Management, Digital Transformation (DT) Leads, and Functional Teams to ensure training content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest solution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation Review & Gap Analysis

• Review existing training materials across SAP S/4HANA modules and domains
• Identify gaps resulting from:
• System enhancements
• New reports and integrations
• Process changes post go-live
• Validate findings with Change Management and Domain Leads
• Produce a structured gap assessment report with prioritized actions

2. Training Content Update & Creation

• Update outdated or inaccurate training materials
• Develop new documentation where required, including:
• End-user guides
• Process flows
• Step-by-step transaction guides with screenshots
• Ensure all materials:
• Reflect current SAP S/4HANA processes
• Include integrations and custom developments
• Follow a standardized format and structure
• Focus on clarity, usability, and adoption (not just technical accuracy)

3. Upgrade & Testing Support

• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and functional testing cycles
• Shadow system changes during upgrades
• Capture changes and translate them into updated training materials
• Ensure documentation is aligned with the latest system releases

4. Collaboration & Review

• Work closely with:
• DT Leads
• Functional Consultants
• Key Users / Business Representatives
• Coordinate to gather inputs, screenshots, and validation
• Support use of tools such as SAP Enable Now (if applicable)
• Conduct review cycles and incorporate feedback to finalize documentation

• Updated and newly created training materials
• Upgrade-aligned documentation set
• Structured and standardized training repository

Required Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes (any functional modules)
• Proven experience in training content development and documentation
• Ability to translate business processes into clear, user-friendly guides
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP rollout or upgrade programs
• Exposure to multi-entity or large-scale SAP implementations
• Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or similar digital adoption tools
