Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to sell additional products, services, or features to existing customers based on their current usage, preferences, and business needs.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to effectively communicate product value and benefits.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly upselling quotas and revenue goals.
- Account Management Support: Collaborate with account managers and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and contract renewals.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and customer data in the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Provide customer feedback to marketing and product teams to help refine offerings and improve customer experience.
