Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and setting up new channel partners

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Overseeing customer account management, including understanding of customer requirements and identifying potential opportunities, also proposing suitable solutions using our product line

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

  • Working closely with sales teams.

  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

  • Coordinating with marketing team

  • Support partner organizations in selling our solutions to their end users and maintain high partner satisfaction

  • Coordinating with project consultants for our products specification, listing and approval in projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires good experience in channel sales in UAE with sound knowledge of A/V, Digital signage, KVM, Video wall, Control rooms solutions, Unified Communications, Video Conferencing Solutions and Meeting rooms booking systems etc. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
