Your Role

• Parts Coordinator
• Invoicing & submission to the customer
• Riase and follow up nonstandard requirements using Carrier Approval Matrix Tool
• Reports and FC preparation
• Follow up on PO tracker and BL updates in coordination with supply chain
• Payment verification
• Customer system ID Creation
• Support Parts Sales team on daily activities
• Management Assistant
• Organizing internal external meetings for the leadership team
• Organizing internal external activities for the leadership team
• Managing and organizing documents required management signatures
  
  

We have already eliminated Sales Coordinator position where applicable however, this is critical function as our current resources cannot manage further extended responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 2-3 years experience experience in sales coordinator, preferably HVAC industry
• Self-motivated, Team player, result oriented and with effective communication skills.
• This role is only for Emirati candidates
