Exciting Opportunity for Sales Administrator
Join Ali & Sons Group as a Sales Administrator and play a key role in supporting our Sales & Marketing team. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role involves maintaining accurate vehicle data reporting to AVME, coordinating pricing and specification updates, and supporting essential showroom operations. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth sales administration processes. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for precision, communication, and process management within the automotive sector.
Job Summary
Update and maintain AVME vehicle reporting systems.
Support the sales team with pricing, product, and availability updates.
Coordinate vehicle checks, stock updates, and documentation.
Ensure timely submissions of reports, support claims, and customer data.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Update the AVME vehicle reporting system in line with AVME and Ali & Sons requirements.
Provide accurate vehicle specification and pricing information to the Sales Team.
Maintain internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring all information is up to date.
Administer car checks at the port and ensure timely vehicle transfers to the storage facility.
Complete and submit weekly AVME reports, including customer information for the CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) program.
Prepare and submit monthly support claims to AVME accurately and within deadlines.
Work collaboratively with showroom staff, aftersales, accounts, and admin departments.
Assist with additional administrative duties as requested by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
Position Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the automotive sector.
Languages:
Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
Software & Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Comfortable working with SAP and AVME systems.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
