Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle buyer and investor inquiries for residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi

  2. Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients

  3. Advise clients on Abu Dhabi communities, pricing, and market trends

  4. Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure

  5. Present property options matching client requirements and budgets

  6. Negotiate offers and close sales professionally

  7. Coordinate with listing agents, developers, and internal teams

  8. Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships and referrals

  9. Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 5 years experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi

  2. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, projects, and developers

  3. Proven experience in property sales, viewings, and deal closure

  4. Ability to generate and follow up on leads

  5. Strong negotiation and communication skills

  6. English required (Arabic is a plus)

  7. Valid UAE driving license preferred
