We are seeking an experienced Sales & Application Engineer – Oil & Gas Chemicals with strong Middle East market exposure to manage technical sales, field application, and customer support. The role combines business development, chemical application expertise, and on-site field support to deliver safe, cost-effective, and performance-driven chemical solutions across upstream and downstream operations. Key Responsibilities; Promote and sell oil & gas chemical products and services, including production chemicals, drilling chemicals, water treatment, and EOR chemicals. Develop and maintain relationships with operators, EPCs, drilling contractors, and service companies across the Middle East. Identify new business opportunities, expand key accounts, and grow regional market share. Prepare technical-commercial proposals, support tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations. Achieve assigned sales targets, margins, and revenue objectives. Application & Technical Support Provide on-site application engineering support for chemical programs in drilling, production, and processing operations. Design, recommend, and optimize chemical treatment programs based on field conditions and operational requirements. Monitor performance, analyze field data, and recommend optimization actions. Troubleshoot chemical-related operational issues and implement corrective measures. Prepare technical reports, performance summaries, and post-job evaluations. Customer & Field Interface Act as the main technical interface between customers and internal teams. Conduct site visits, audits, product trials, and performance reviews. Deliver technical presentations, product training, and solution demonstrations. Coordinate with operations, laboratories, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely execution. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regional regulations. Promote safe work practices at client sites and during field operations.
