Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to client offices and on-board vessels to discuss technical and commercial requirements.
Monitor and follow up on inquiries, submitted quotations, and ongoing proposals.
Lead and assist in commercial negotiations within approved limits.
Prepare and submit final invoices and ensure timely coordination with finance for documentation closure.
Execute structured payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
Support the marketing team in developing sales data, promotional material, and digital marketing content.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to annual business objectives.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and industry networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–4 years of experience in service/EPC/technical project execution (preferably in India).
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical content clearly to clients.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly disciplined work approach.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals.
Proficient driving skills.
Well-versed in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
Preferably age 26 to 30.
