Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager
Industry: Project Management / Construction / Engineering Consultancy
Department: Business Development
Reports To: Managing Director / Business Development Director
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth for our Project Management services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and promoting our project management consultancy services across target industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, engineering, and corporate sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, prequalification documents (PQs), and tender submissions.
Conduct market research to identify new projects and potential clients.
Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Maintain CRM database and track sales pipeline.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
3. Marketing & Brand Development
Develop marketing materials including brochures, company profiles, and presentations.
Manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, website, email marketing).
Coordinate with external agencies for branding and promotional activities.
Enhance company visibility in the project management sector.
4. Client Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in sales/marketing within project management, construction, engineering consultancy, or related industry.
Strong understanding of project management services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in preparing tenders and proposals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
UAE driving license (preferred if role is based in UAE).
