Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Raneem Businessmen Services, a reputed business services company in Dubai with over 25 years of excellence, is hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on client acquisition, service promotion, and expanding the company’s presence in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
Promote business setup, PRO services, visa processing, trade license, Ejari, Emirates ID, RTA, and related services
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support digital and offline marketing activities
Maintain accurate client and sales records Visa and benefits as per UAE labor law
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales and marketing (UAE experience preferred)
Experience in business setup or PRO services is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Knowledge of UAE business regulations is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Languages: English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
