Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's vision and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize existing marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively promoting key features and benefits.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Train and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, approach, and develop customers in fabrication, refinery, power, and EPC segments.
  • Handle technical presentations and product demonstrations for PWHT machines and accessories.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, quotations, and tenders from industrial clients and distributors.
  • Develop distributor and dealer networks across assigned regions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive field engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal design, service, and production teams for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Prepare sales forecasts and participate in strategic planning.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or sales methodologies (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to enhance technical proficiency.
