Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Process transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and credit card processing to uphold financial integrity.
  • Maintain product displays and inventory levels, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and well-stocked to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets, actively participating in strategy discussions and performance reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales environments, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Certifications in sales techniques or customer service can enhance candidacy and show commitment to the profession.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., electronics, fashion, or home goods) is preferred to better engage with customers.
