Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of all beauty products, including new launches and trends.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively upselling and recommending additional products.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Participate in store events and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with management to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and services.
  • Ensure merchandise displays are organized, attractive, and up-to-date with new products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and provide feedback on marketing strategies.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of beauty trends and product innovations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
  • Solid understanding of beauty products, trends, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; cosmetology certification is a plus.
