Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Track customer invoices

- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any issues

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

- Ensure revenue forecast and recognition is accurately recorded and reported

Requirements:

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to follow up on invoicing, statement of account, payment collection follow-up, sales order forecasting and processing, and revenue forecasting. The successful candidate will monitor timely and accurate invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records.
