Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team to maintain and develop a long-term relationship with clients through identifying and interpreting their requirements with a consultative sales approach.
  • Create client quotations; check tender documentations and assist our Directors of Sales with managing client accounts.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming calls for information.
  • Generate lists of prospects/contacts and contact them by following standard operating procedures.
  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree holder.

Previous experience as sales coordinator.

Excellent Organizational Skill.

Good in English both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
