Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination and handling client relationships

  • Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts and follow up with clients for POs

  • Timely preparation & execution of Service Contracts and AMCs (new and renewal)

  • Account Management role for assigned customers - Making sure that all customer complaints, queries and requests are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Plan, Schedule and Coordinate field services and installations

  • Responsible for timely completion of all services and maintenances (planned preventive maintenance, scheduled services, new installations & on-call services) for assigned customers.

  • Maintain an active and cordial relationship with clients

  • Handle all client concerns efficiently and effectively

  • Prospect for future business opportunities/referrals with existing clients

  • Maintain service documentation system

  • Pre-sales and post-sales support (documentation & communication)

  • Achieve 100% customer satisfaction and service sales target for assigned customers.

  • Warm and approachable attitude

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Outstanding telephone etiquette and handling skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Practical experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Interest in building a career in Sales Coordination / Client Support within a growing company

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Capable of handling a wide range of activities efficiently and independently
