Sales Coordinator (Native Spanish and English proficiency) Lichfield Fire & Safety Equipment FZE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at LIFECO. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a role in supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless operations across departments. You’ll manage order processing, handle customer inquiries, and help drive sales efforts by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in the fire and safety industry.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the sales team in processing orders, customer inquiries, and following up on leads.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of products.
* Prepare and organize sales documentation, including sales order, Country of Origin, proforma Invoice, and delivery permission.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and data entry in the Oracle ERP system.
