Sales Coordinator - UAE National - Full time Al Hadeer Marble and Stone Cutting Factory L.L.C

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with project and engineering teams, and assisting with marketing activities to promote our marble and stone products.

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

• Support lead generation and business development activities.
  

Sales Documentation & Administration

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Maintain accurate records for customer orders and transactions.

• Organize and update all sales documentation in company systems.

• Maintain customer records, price lists, and product information.

• Assist in preparing reports on sales orders, deliveries, and pending quotations.

• Track order progress and maintain production and delivery documentation.

  
  

Customer Communication & Inquiry Handling

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding marble and stone products.

• Provide product specifications and order information.

• Coordinate with customers on quotations, order confirmations, and documentation.
  

Sales Team Support

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and documentation.

  
  

Marketing & Business Support

• Assist with basic marketing updates and promotional materials.

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on documentation for material orders and project requirements.
