Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
  • Engage in active listening during conversations to uncover potential client needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Prepare detailed reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Utilize data analysis to prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert and potential value to the company.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain a positive and resilient attitude towards rejection and continuously seek ways to improve outreach strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to ensure a foundational understanding of sales principles.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
  • Industry-specific experience is valued, particularly in technology, SaaS, or B2B environments to enhance product understanding.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage for expanding market reach.
