Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring ambitious and results-oriented Sales Development Representativesfor remote sales jobs within the education and EdTech sector.

In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers such as school administrators, university leaders, training providers, and HR/L&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify schools, universities, training providers, and education-focused organizations
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers
  • Research key decision-makers (Principals, Heads of Department, HR Directors, L&D Managers)
  • Manage pipelines and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Execute multi-touch outreach sequences and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign messaging tailored to the education market
  • 6 months 3+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience
  • Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and consultative)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to confidently speak with senior education stakeholders
  • Strong research and personalization skills
  • Self-motivated with a reliable home office setup and stable internet

Desired Candidate Profile

6 months 3+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience
