Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1 Lead, manage, and drive a high-performing real estate sales team. 2 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. 3 Focus on off-plan property sales and ensure consistent deal closures. 4 Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and improve conversion rates. 5 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. 6 Ensure alignment with company sales strategies and compliance guidelines. 7 Deliver consistent revenue growth and achieve assigned KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 Developer background is mandatory. 2 Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales. 3 At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team. 4 Proven experience handling teams of 8–10 sales professionals. 5 Strong track record in off-plan property sales (mandatory). 6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Language Requirements: Fluency in any of the following languages is preferred: Indian languages, Russian, Persian, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew.
