Job Description
Oversee the sales activities and ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the organization. develop and implement sales strategies and build strong relationships with clients and partners
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Ensure through continual training and counselling so that the team provides the highest calibre of service to the potential customers
- Monitor sales performance dashboard to track progress towards goals and take corrective actions as needed.
- Identify business opportunities and develop new strategies to expand the company market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing of Holding and manage inhouse marketing to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry associations to promote the company's services and brand.
- Ensure that the 3rd party consultants are performing within DIR guidelines & achieving their plans at peak.
- Represent the sales function’s views and needs in the ongoing development of overall company policy and contribute in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and marketing plan.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales activities
- Ensure that all members of the sales force are achieving the company’s revenue targets.
- Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
- Perform any tasks as requested by GM
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus
- At least ten (10) years’ experience in Real Estate
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales and management roles
- Good ability of negotiations & project Management
