Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams and channel partners Drive sales for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects Manage pricing strategies, payment plans, and sales promotions Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and key clients Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting Coordinate with marketing, finance, and project teams for project launches Ensure compliance with RERA and local real estate regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

10–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role Mandatory experience working with a real estate developer (not brokerage only) Strong knowledge of GCC real estate markets and regulations Proven ability to manage large sales teams and broker networks Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
