Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for pump products across targeted regions.
  • Engage with clients and consultants to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities within water, waste water, and district cooling sectors.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams / factories to tailor pump selections and system designs.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and training for customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine product positioning.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, documentation, and technical approvals.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and end users during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Act as the technical interface between the client, sales, and product development teams.
  • Evaluate customer specifications and develop customized solutions for Water / Waste Water / district cooling pumps.
  • Support tenders and proposals by designing pump configurations and analyzing hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct site visits and system performance evaluations when required.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and factory teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specs.
  • Lead workshops and technical training sessions for regional partners and teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Min 5 years of experience as a sales engineer in district cooling (pumps)
  • UAE Driving license
