Company Overview:

We are a leading distribution company for construction in the UAE & GCC, providing high-performance solutions to contractors, consultants, and developers. As part of our growth plan, we are hiring a dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong background in sealants, adhesives, and waterproofing systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Promote and sell products from global brands of sealants, adhesives, and waterproofing systems.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and technical presentations to negotiation and order closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and applicators.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new project developments.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and project tracking updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction chemical sales – specifically sealants, waterproofing, or adhesives.
  • Prior experience with brands of sealants, adhesives, and waterproofing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and industry contacts.
  • Proven sales track record with ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  • Multilingual abilities (English + Arabic/Hindi) will be an added advantage
