Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
- Promote and sell critical care products (e.g., ventilators, patient monitors, infusion pumps, ICU consumables, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, ICUs, and healthcare facilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers
- Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Technical & Clinical Support
- Demonstrate products and provide in-depth technical explanations to clinicians and biomedical teams
- Support product installation, commissioning, and initial user training
- Act as a technical resource during clinical evaluations and trials
- Coordinate with service teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ICU physicians, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital management
- Provide regular follow-ups and post-sales support
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on ICU technologies, clinical practices, and competitor products
- Conduct market surveys and provide insights on customer needs and trends
- Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
- Additional clinical or sales training in critical care is an advantage
- 2 5 years of sales or application experience in critical care / ICU medical devices
- Experience working with hospitals and healthcare professionals preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical understanding of ICU equipment and workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
