Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

  • Promote and sell critical care products (e.g., ventilators, patient monitors, infusion pumps, ICU consumables, etc.)
  • Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, ICUs, and healthcare facilities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers
  • Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Technical & Clinical Support
  • Demonstrate products and provide in-depth technical explanations to clinicians and biomedical teams
  • Support product installation, commissioning, and initial user training
  • Act as a technical resource during clinical evaluations and trials
  • Coordinate with service teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ICU physicians, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital management
  • Provide regular follow-ups and post-sales support
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on ICU technologies, clinical practices, and competitor products
  • Conduct market surveys and provide insights on customer needs and trends
  • Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Additional clinical or sales training in critical care is an advantage
  • 2 5 years of sales or application experience in critical care / ICU medical devices
  • Experience working with hospitals and healthcare professionals preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical understanding of ICU equipment and workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
