Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting technical products or solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support to clients. The role combines technical expertise with sales skills to meet revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales target
Technical Support
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
Prepare technical proposals, submittals, BOQs, and compliance statements
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure correct product selection
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Assist with site visits, inspections, and commissioning when required
Market & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the UAE Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records Prepare regular sales reports for management
