Job Title: Sales Engineer – LV Switchgear (Electrical)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience: 5+ years

Qualiification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Department: Switchgear Assembly & Manufacturing


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales and market growth for low voltage (LV) switchgear solutions. The role focuses on developing business through MEP contractors, EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and the oil & gas sector within the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets for the designated area/region.

  • Promote and sell LV switchgear solutions, including MCCs, power panels, SDBs, and capacitor panels.

  • Generate demand by working closely with consultants, EPCs, and MEP contractors.

  • Work on specification activities with MEP consultants to ensure products are included in project designs.

  • Pursue and manage major project opportunities in oil & gas, infrastructure, and water/wastewater sectors across the UAE.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • 5+ years of sales experience in low voltage switchgear panels in the UAE or Middle East.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in client-facing situations.

  • Good team-working skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • PC literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
